Chinese shopping platforms AliExpress and Temu have become the fastest-growing apps in Korea, with a user increase of 3.71 million and 3.54 million respectively in November.

Alibaba Group Holding’s subsidiaries AliExpress and Temu have seen significant user growth in Korea, with local remittance platform Toss and NH All One Bank securing the top positions. YouTube, the longest-used app by Koreans, has a monthly average usage time of 99.8 billion minutes, nearly three times the time spent on second-ranked mobile messaging app KakaoTalk.
