The demographic cohort database reveals a revised employment rate of 70% for 1983-1988, a homeownership rate of 35.2%, 71% married, and a high percentage of children.
Statistics Korea shows that for those born in 1988, the proportion of having one child is 42.1%, with households living with children accounting for the highest proportion at 33.1%.
